Which parts of Auckland do you service?

We are based on the North Shore in Albany, and services businesses across the wider Auckland region. Our coverage includes the North Shore, Auckland CBD, West Auckland, South Auckland, and East Auckland. We also offer limited services, depending on your location, outside of Auckland. 

Are your cleaning products environmentally friendly?

Our cleaning solutions are non-toxic, PH-neutral and readily biodegradable. Reducing unnecessary plastic waste, our solutions are also refilled at our head office using bottles made from 50% recycled milk bottles. Read more about our sustainability efforts.

What's the difference between office hygiene and office cleaning?

Office Hygiene is a desk-specific service for our clients on a one-off or regular (quarterly) basis. This service focuses on the vacuuming of keyboards, as well as the sanitisation of desk-top telephones, computer screens, keyboards, and mice. At your request, we can also sanitise photocopier machines. Our clients with a large number of desks, or those who have a hot-desk system particularly benefit from this service.

Office cleaning is the general or day-to-day cleaning of your corporate space. This includes the below:

• General desk and workstation cleaning
• Kitchen and breakroom cleaning
• Floor vacuuming and hot-mopping
• Restroom cleaning and restocking
• Rubbish removal and recycling
• High-touch surface sanitising

How much does a sanitary bin service cost, and how often are bins collected?

Pricing for sanitary bin collection depends on the number of units and location. Bins are collected based on your needs, and for an accurate quote that’s specific to your requirements, get in touch with our team. 

Do you offer specialist medical and clinic cleaning?

Yes. Corporate Hygiene provides dedicated medical centre cleaning services for GP clinics, dental practices, physiotherapy clinics, and specialist centres. Our medical cleaning service covers waiting rooms and reception areas, treatment room sanitising, high-touch surface disinfection, bathroom and restroom cleaning, and medical waste area cleaning. 

Can you clean outside of business hours so our team isn’t disrupted?

Yes. We offer flexible scheduling to minimise disruption to your operations. Many of our clients prefer after-hours cleaning or weekend servicing, and we can easily accommodate these arrangements.

Do you supply washroom consumables and bulk hygiene products as well as cleaning?

Yes. Corporate Hygiene is a supplier of hygiene products and a cleaning provider. We supply a full range of washroom consumables and bulk hygiene products, including:

  • Soap and hand wash dispensers 
  • Hand sanitiser stations and refills 
  • Air freshener systems

What is nano silver technology, and how do you use it in your cleaning?

Nano silver technology uses microscopic silver particles that have proven antimicrobial properties. These particles remain active for up to 96 hours on the skin and 30 days on hard surfaces, providing long-lasting antimicrobial protection compared to traditional disinfectants. Upon request, we offer electrostatic Nano Silver misting services to our clients, wrapping an added layer of hygiene protection around your workspace. 

Do you service body corporates and multi-tenanted buildings?

Yes. Corporate Hygiene provides body corporate cleaning services for managed buildings across Auckland. Our body corporate service covers lobby and entrance cleaningstairwell and hallway cleaning, and more. 

How do I get a quote, and what does onboarding look like?

Our process starts with a complimentary site visit. A member of our team will visit your premises, assess your cleaning and hygiene requirements, and discuss your preferred schedule, as well as any specific needs. Following the site visit, we provide you with a no-obligation quote. If you choose to proceed, we agree on a starting date and set up your monitoring profile in our system.
